At TLB City Publishing, we take pride in the quality of our bookish merchandise and are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, or Replacements

You can request a return, refund, or replacement within 7 days (1 week) of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging you received it in.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons, or due to their nature:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Items that are intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., personalized mugs).
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team within the 7-day window. You will need to provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • A standard restocking fee of ₹100 will be applied to all approved returns. This fee covers processing and handling costs and will be deducted from your refund total.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.

  • If the return is approved, we will initiate your refund or replacement.
  • If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged by the customer, not in original packaging), it will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

6. Refunds (If Applicable)

After your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please remember:

  • The ₹100 restocking fee will be deducted.
  • The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
  • You can expect to get a refund within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

7. Replacements (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong item sent). If you need a replacement for one of these reasons, please contact us at support@tlbcity.com within 7 days of delivery.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully check all orders before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@tlbcity.com with your order number and photos of the product’s damage/defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a return shipping label if needed.
